We are a factory specialized in custom packaging like coffee bags, stand up zipper pouch, flat bottom pouch, kraft paper bags, aluminum foil bags, pet food bags, vacuum bags, side gusset bags, three side sealed bags, film rolls. So many kinds of materials MOPP/ PET/ VMPET/ aluminum foil/ PA/ PE/ CPP/ kraft paper, so we can meet clients' special requirements for powder/ frozen/ high temperature/ liquid.  We have more than 20 years experience for plastic packaging bags and can give some advice on design, material and thickness.

We, Union Packing, turn your ideas into reality. We, Union Packing, produce your own pouch. For the pouch, all the details will be based on your requirements for size, material, thickness and printing together with our rich experience. 100% of our products are customized. For the materials, normally it is on the basis of products be packed. Different products need different materials to meet the special requirements. It can be matt or glossy finish or combined with matt and glossy. For the thickness, 80 micron to 180 micron for bags, it is related to the bag size and products. For the printing, gravure printing machines with plates (cylinders). UV printing is more popular with glossy and matt.
